The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of store appearance
  • Assist with training and development of new team members
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, including tracking stock levels and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement processes to improve store efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
