The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving of weekly inventory and POSM supply receipts
  • Manage the back of house (BOH) flow for retail sales, including packaging and order delivery standards
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including sellable and display inventory levels
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including creating a productive sales environment and determining actions steps to improve sell-through
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including building relationships through the Mejuri brand story and executing tasks to keep the store clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with the store team, management, and HQ to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills
  • Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans
  • Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to travel and work outside of regular hours on occasion
