Job Title: Managing Director

The Alliance for Arts and Culture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our team and drive the success of our organization.

About the Role:

The Managing Director will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Alliance for Arts and Culture, responsible for leading the organization's strategic direction, managing its operations, and overseeing its financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of senior leaders to manage critical business functions
  • Plan, organize, and direct the organization's operations and programs
  • Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the arts or non-profit sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Ability to think strategically and develop plans to achieve organizational goals
