Job Summary:
The Chief People Officer provides strategic leadership and direction to the People and Culture department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
- Lead the People and Culture department, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising on best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent management and organizational development
- Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and employees
