Job Summary
The Chief People, Culture and Diversity Officer is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle at BC Emergency Health Services. This includes health and wellness, mental health, learning and development, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Strategic People Plan to ensure effective delivery of all people services
- Establish and maintain a constructive labour relations environment, including collective bargaining
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive culture and people philosophy
- Oversee the development and delivery of health and wellness, mental health, and learning and development programs
- Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies
Requirements
The successful candidate will have executive-level leadership experience, a strong understanding of labour relations, and a proven track record of driving culture and people initiatives. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a complex unionized environment.
