Senior Executive for Mental Health Operations

Coast Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to oversee its mental health operations. This leadership position will play a crucial role in driving the organization's strategic goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning
Develop, implement, and manage the operational aspects of Coast Mental Health's programs and services, working closely with the senior management team and staff.
Risk ManagementContribute to the enterprise risk management process, identifying organizational risks and promoting risk mitigation and a safe work environment.
Talent DevelopmentLead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performance senior management team, focusing on developing capacity in strategic analysis, planning, and program budgeting.
Quality ImprovementLead and implement Quality Improvement plans and initiatives, ensuring the continued financial viability of the organization's operational units through sound fiscal management.
External RelationshipsAssist in managing and cultivating existing relationships with funders to secure and expand recurring revenue streams and identify new prospects and projects.
Requirements- Leadership Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the mental health sector.
Strategic ThinkingDemonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with the organization's vision and mission.
Communication SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, funders, and community members.
BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $151,806 - $189,757 - $227,709, comprehensive benefits, including fully paid health and dental coverage, a pension plan, and opportunities for professional development.
