About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in restaurant management. Your primary focus will be on analyzing budget data to boost and maintain profits, evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement, and monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence in service delivery.
You will also be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, recruiting and training staff, setting schedules, supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, participating in marketing plans and implementation, addressing customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary education preferred
The Pearl Castle Cafe offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
