Bakery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our bakery team, ensuring the highest quality products are produced, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal levels.
- Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business demands.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring products are presented and displayed in a clean and attractive manner.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
