Restaurant Manager Job Description

Island Burgers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and employee scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
