Restaurant Manager Job Description

Island Burgers Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and HR-related duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and positive attitude.
