Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
