We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll, to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant meets its goals and objectives.
Work Environment:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure to meet customer demands and maintain a clean and safe working environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, making this a physically demanding role.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
