Restaurant Manager Job Description

Island Burgers Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff and addressing customer complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
