Job Summary

The Medical Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for interacting with patients, hospitals, and physician offices by telephone and email, as well as maintaining accurate records and adhering to changing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with patients, hospitals, and physician offices by telephone and email, further to the direction received from the manager
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication between departments
  • Adhere to changing policies and procedures, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or a college diploma in Medical Office Administration
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work varying shifts and travel to various locations as required
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
