Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Administrator to coordinate day-to-day operations of our customer service department based in Milton, Ontario.
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Service Manager and be responsible for maintaining accuracy of service dispatch calendar, ensuring timely case closure, and monitoring service reports.
The individual will also communicate with customers to confirm assigned engineer and tentative schedule/plans, as well as maintain local part depot and spare part shipping.
This role requires excellent communication skills, French speaking is preferred, and experience with Microsoft Office and SalesForce CRM.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership abilities, ability to create and drive process improvement, and work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
