About the Role

Bright Link Trucking Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to oversee the operational logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure seamless execution of transportation operations.
  • Work Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
