Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Saaya Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Work Record Maintenance: Maintain work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records.
  • Personnel Management: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and assist with maintenance of communications equipment.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Tight Deadlines: Meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
