Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Superfast Workforce Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Vehicles: Safely transport passengers on buses, school buses, or streetcars, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Report Incidents: Promptly report any delays, mechanical issues, or accidents to dispatchers or supervisors.
  • Load and Unload Passengers: Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Communicate with Passengers: Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and effectively with passengers using two-way radio systems.
  • Complete Logbooks and Reports: Accurately complete logbooks and reports, documenting all aspects of vehicle operation and passenger transportation.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on transportation and logistics.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and dispatchers.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation.
