Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Superfast Workforce Solutions Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Vehicles: Safely operate buses, school buses, or streetcars to transport passengers, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report delays, mechanical problems, and accidents to dispatchers or supervisors, and communicate with passengers, dispatchers, or other drivers using two-way radio systems.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and logistics to ensure efficient transportation of passengers, and complete logbooks and reports as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
