As a seasoned professional in application packaged solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll solutions.

We're currently seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll Functional Analyst to join our team in the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC). As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients to design, configure, and test Oracle HCM Cloud applications, leading fit/gap sessions and making recommendations on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional expert in the implementation, upgrade, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll
  • Guide the design, configuration, setup, and testing of the Oracle HCM Cloud application
  • Lead fit/gap sessions and make recommendations on best practices
  • Solve complex business process issues and interact with the technical team to define system specifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior consulting role with Oracle Cloud HCM, implementing the HCM modules within North America
  • Specific experience with Canada and/or US Functional core HCM, Benefits Administration, and Base Benefits, or Payroll and/or Time and Labour
  • Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting users for the enabling Oracle Financial cloud applications and related technology
  • Familiarity with the native integration in Oracle HCM solutions
  • Experience in using data modeling tools or other flowcharting software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification for the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll or HR product suite
  • Experience in managing projects and training initiatives
  • Ability to lead diverse teams representing business and technical areas
