As a Senior Salesforce Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role within our consulting team, tasked with the design, development, and implementation of tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clientele. Your collaboration with clients and team members will be essential in comprehending business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and direct the development team in executing design implementations.
- Advise on API design for both inbound and outbound integrations, ensuring secure messaging.
- Identify potential risks in the design and execution of Salesforce solutions.
- Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Uphold standards and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Develop systems utilizing SFDX, Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Create custom code using Apex, Omniscript, and Lightning Web components.
- Mentor fellow developers, including DevOps personnel.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
- Act as a liaison with the Salesforce Product Team for inquiries regarding the department's Salesforce solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Platform Developer, adept at analyzing complex issues and proposing viable solutions.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including mentoring and coaching technical team members.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, along with LWC and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, Jira, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of four or more members.
- Development experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Flows/Workflows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing and Communities data models.
- Experience with Rules Engine Configuration and healthcare application design.
- Knowledge of development and configuration related to Cancer Screening Specific Programs.
- Experience with FHIR and/or HL7 messaging standards.
- Proficient in Salesforce integration and web services with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
