**About the Role:**
Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and ensuring seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed functional specifications based on comprehensive analysis of business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create technical specifications, including Integration and Data Migration Specifications.
- Provide analysis and support for systems configuration, systems integration, and reporting teams.
- Assist with process adoption, process automation/workflow, and testing.
- Participate in project teams, product demonstrations, and project status meetings.
- Generate and provide project reports and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough Fit Gap/Gap Analysis to identify gaps between current and desired states.
- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders through interviews and other communications to gather requirements and facilitate communication.
- Assist in and support SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Document workflow processes to provide clear, detailed descriptions of business processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis for complex business transformation initiatives within multi-entity organizational environments.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder priorities, resolve issues, and navigate complex transformations.
- At least 5 years of experience engaging with business unit and technical subject matter experts for requirements elicitation and process definition.
- Minimum 5 years of experience producing visual business process models and architecture diagrams.
- At least 5 years of experience developing operational procedures, standards, and policies to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience in at least one cloud SaaS implementation with significant business transformation is preferred.
- A University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline, or a certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college.
- Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP, is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including business owners and executive-level directors and VPs.
