Accounting Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Black Box Consultancy Services Incorporated. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as work schedules for team members.
  • Financial Management: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, prepare and submit reports, and maintain financial records.
  • Team Leadership: Train workers in duties and policies, co-ordinate and assign work, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and ensure effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
