Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Financial Activities
- Schedule financial events, programs, and activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of financial systems.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Management and Development
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- 5 years or more of experience in financial operations or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
