Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our equipment and building maintenance teams in Valcourt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, and for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure the effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and develop and implement procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to address maintenance needs and optimize equipment performance.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements and ability to develop and implement procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
