Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our equipment and building maintenance teams in Valcourt. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the effective maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets and minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance team members
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics, including equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and safety performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, maintenance technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of maintenance management software and systems, including SAP and Guide Ti
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal
