Job Title: Summer Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Summer Team Leader to join our team at BRP. As a Summer Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary team in the standardization and optimization of production quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement ISO 9001 certification and ensure its rigorous maintenance
  • Monitor the implementation of production FMEAs and define audit plans for all assembly processes and quality monitoring
  • Monitor manufacturing data to target priority opportunities and influence departments to implement improvements
  • Create and maintain production quality performance indicators
  • Respond to external plant audits with BRP authorities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline
  • Three to five years' experience in a manufacturing environment and/or project management
  • Professional management experience
  • Bilingualism in French and English essential
