Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to drive digital innovation, improve organizational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with technology, operations, and business members, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in successfully managing people and IT vendors/suppliers.
  • Relevant experience in working on projects involving multiple stakeholders, including agile and waterfall development methodologies.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT transformations, including associate program management, change management, and steering committee involvement.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Technology, or a combination of equivalent professional experience and training.
