**Client Success Management Expert Wanted:**

We're seeking an experienced **Client Success Management Expert** to join our Strategy and BI group at Mosaic, part of Acosta Group. As a key member of our team, you'll drive strategic initiatives to propel our clients' business, culture, and communities forward.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex project consulting, utilizing consulting and project management skills to guide diverse teams through implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with account leadership, operations, and field teams to coordinate strategy, execution, and standardization of sales execution analytical and strategy services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge-base for consumer behavior, marketing, and data analysis.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Geography, or Economics.
  • 5-8 years of work experience, including 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with extraordinary communication skills to present complex information in a simplified fashion.
