Vice President – Leader, Aon Choice:

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Benefits and/or administration, consulting and insurance environments. You will provide strategic guidance to our Account Management team, and manage our Aon Choice Solutions business and team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and evolve the Aon Choice solution to meet client needs.
  2. Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute client plans.
  3. Measure and report on client satisfaction to inform future strategies.
  4. Develop and implement business plans to meet client needs, including measurable targets and performance standards.
  5. Monitor and manage costs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement to reduce costs.
  7. Approve fee quotes and ensure timely recovery of revenue.
  8. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  9. Lead and motivate the Aon Choice business and team to achieve results.
  10. Provide strategic direction to our local and offshore teams.
  11. Support associate performance to ensure results are achieved in an efficient manner.
  12. Manage performance conversations with associates.
  13. Ensure associates adhere to company policies and guidelines.
  14. Nurture strong relationships with clients throughout their journey with us.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert within the organization.
  16. Provide input to senior leadership on client-related matters.
  17. Ensure the successful completion of all client projects and implementations.

Requirements:

Fifteen (15) plus years of direct Benefits and/or administration experience in a Consulting/Insurance environment is required. Strong technical expertise and the ability to remain current with industry trends and regulatory changes is essential. Ability to lead projects and client teams, and work collaboratively with minimal supervision is also required.

Education:

Post-Secondary degree or equivalent years of industry experience required; completed CEBS, FLMI or LOMA designations would be preferred. Ongoing learning and professional development is expected.
