Job Summary:

CA007 Mercer (Canada) Limited is seeking a highly skilled IT Product Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our application security operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for RPA Blue Prism, including setup, development, and production environment configuration.
  • Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
  • Create and maintain Solution Design Documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work within project planning constraints, communicating project risks and issues to the project manager and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing.
  • Support UTA and go-live roll out.
  • Provide technical and design guidance to the team.
  • Write and enhance Code Review checklists and other checklists to maintain standards across the team.
  • Perform Code and Document reviews to ensure the team is following standards.
  • Provide quick resolution to post-production issues.
  • Handle Change management with respect to RPA deliveries.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of Robotic Process Automation experience.
  • Experience of end-to-end delivery of processes on Blue Prism.
  • Proven competency in agile and lean software development.
  • Experience of working with a variety of applications, including Web, Windows, Mainframe, and Citrix.
  • Experience of working with Database and API integration with Blue Prism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well-versed with project management tools, including Visio and Jira.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fast learner, quality conscious, and committed to deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASP .Net or any .Net development experience.
  • Python development experience.
