About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at A.S Khurana and Associates Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Operations: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone and electronic inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
