Restaurant Operations Manager

Field and Social is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available, making it easy to commute to work.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Transportation/Travel: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
