Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring that all necessary work is completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, ensuring that all employees are meeting their performance goals.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that all staff are trained in emergency procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
- CPR Certificate and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work in a non-smoking environment is essential.
