Senior Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping management, with a focus on supervising staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Job Description- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery;
- Managing inventory and supplies to maintain efficient operations;
- Coordinating maintenance and repair services to minimize downtime;
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping management;

- Degree or certification in a related field (e.g., hospitality, facilities management).
