Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintenance and Repair Services: Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including inventory management and budgeting.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.

Experience:
