Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising staff, coordinating contract services, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • Supervise staff and ensure they meet safety standards and departmental policies
  • Maintain financial records and inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • CPR Certificate and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work 40 hours per week.

The primary language of work is English.
