Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Contract Services: Coordinate contract services for maintenance and repair services.
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with local health and sanitation regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
