Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our organization. If you have a background in human resources management and payroll administration, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Essential Qualifications
1. Post-Secondary Education/Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
3. Experience with multi-province payroll processing is an asset.
4. Possession of or in progress toward Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and/or Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is considered an asset.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
6. Prior experience with PeopleSoft and Taleo is considered a valuable asset.
7. Working knowledge of current legislation (OHSA, Employment Standards Act, Ontario Human Rights Code, WSIB and other relevant legislations).
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Excellent organizational and critical thinking abilities.
10. Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within strict timelines.
11. Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
12. Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure while conveying a sense of urgency.
13. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
