About the Role

Brandt is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Regina, SK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring quality control, and meeting project timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise site work, including repairs, layout, framing, and concrete finishing.
  • Manage trade scope, tool inventory, and asset management.
  • Coordinate renovations and construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage material take-offs, ordering, and delivery.
  • Provide property/facility management services.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in the construction industry.
  • Journeyman Carpenter Certification (Red Seal or higher).
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with a focus on job site safety.
  • Clean driving abstract.
