Restaurant Operations Manager

As we continue our growth throughout the lower mainland, we are looking for experienced Assistant Kitchen Managers (Sous Chefs) who can help us achieve our mission. This role presents opportunities to grow into Kitchen Manager and eventually operations/regional management-level roles, with a special focus on training, developing and mentoring future leaders.
We have a well-developed Manager in Training program to help you learn what it takes to rock our kitchens and your career. Even if you're not sure if you're ready for this next leap, we want to hear from you.

CompensationThe base salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition, tip-share amount for KMs is approximately $10,000 per year – with arguably the best tip sharing system for cooks you've ever seen.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience
