Virtual Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual individual to work remotely and make a significant impact on our clients' success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business accounts, credit cards, overdrafts, loans, lines of credit, and similar financial products. They will also possess excellent sales practices and experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in the financial and client service industry or Client Contact Center.
Responsibilities include providing guidance, support, and advice to clients through discovery conversations to meet their short and long-term needs. The successful candidate will also assess and recommend products based on suitability, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell. Additionally, they will prepare concise analysis and recommendations in support of credit submissions and build strong partnerships with key partners.
The salary for this position is approximately $66,000 - $74,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 100% remote work, a well-known reputable company, 10% annual salary increase based on performance, full benefits, employee stock shares, and employee banking offers.
