About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Farhi Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, secure, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Rental Agents and Building Superintendents: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of rental agents and building superintendents to ensure that our properties are properly managed and maintained.
  • Negotiate or Approve Rental or Lease Agreements: You will work closely with property owners to negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements, ensuring that the terms of the agreements are met and that our properties are rented or leased to qualified tenants.
  • Ensure Terms of Lease Agreements are Met: You will be responsible for ensuring that the terms of lease agreements are met, including rent payments, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Hire and Supervise Support Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and supervising support staff, including administrative assistants, maintenance personnel, and other support staff as needed.
  • Prepare and Administer Contracts: You will prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance, repairs, and other services as needed.
  • Coordinate Implementation of Repairs and Maintenance: You will coordinate the implementation of repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our properties are properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor Progress and Cost of Work: You will monitor the progress and cost of work, ensuring that our properties are being maintained and repaired in a cost-effective manner.
  • Compile and Maintain Records: You will compile and maintain records of operating expenses and income, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare Expense and Income Reports: You will prepare expense and income reports, providing financial information to property owners and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure Response to Trouble Calls: You will ensure that trouble calls from clients or tenants are responded to promptly and effectively.

You will be part of a dynamic and experienced property management team, working closely with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and profitable.
