Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Farhi Holdings Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and Supervise: Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.
  • Negotiate and Approve: Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owners, ensuring that the terms of the lease agreements are met.
  • Ensure Terms are Met: Ensure that the terms of lease agreements are met, and that our properties are managed in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and Administer Contracts: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.
  • Coordinate Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.
  • Monitor Progress and Cost: Monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners, ensuring that our properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Compile and Maintain Records: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, ensuring that our company's financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare Expense and Income Reports: Prepare expense and income reports, ensuring that our company's financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure Response to Trouble Calls: Ensure that our company responds promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Supervision: The Commercial Property Manager will supervise a team of 5-10 people, ensuring that they are managed effectively and that our properties are well-maintained.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Commercial Property Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will require strong attention to detail.
