Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cross Vertical Partnerships Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing our largest and most complex partnerships, working closely with partners like Apple, Google, and Uber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-vertical partners who work with Lightspeed across multiple products and regions
  • Drive alignment on priorities with key strategic partners
  • Own key partner categories with high overlap across product verticals
  • Work with internal and external teams on negotiations and agreements
  • Schedule regular touchpoints with key partners
  • Act as a single point of contact for inbound partnership requests
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate agreements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-growth and global company
  • Track record of setting or shaping strategy and delivering executional plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
