Key Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining the building and grounds
  • Monitor security cameras and respond to any security incidents
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, taking messages, and completing tasks as assigned
  • Respond to resident inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and 2 years in janitorial
  • A clear criminal record for vulnerable sectors
