Job Title: Janitor PT

Cherish at Central Park is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor PT to join our team. As a Janitor PT, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
  • Monitor security cameras and respond to any incidents or alarms.
  • Conduct regular building and grounds checks to ensure the facility is secure and well-maintained.
  • Respond to resident emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and ensure accurate and timely completion of duties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and 2 years in janitorial preferred.
  • A clear criminal record for vulnerable sectors is required.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.00-20.00.
  • A part-time schedule of 11:30 pm - 7:30 am, Thursday and Friday.
