Job Description

VIRGO CLEANING SERVICES LTD is seeking a skilled and reliable Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various locations, including office buildings, commercial spaces, and other high-traffic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Stock linen closets and clean bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances
  • Clean and disinfect elevators and public areas
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings

Work Environment:

You will be working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure, handle repetitive tasks, and have excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including urban areas, office buildings, and commercial spaces
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and initiative
