Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service supervisor to join our team at Ontario Impex of Canada Inc. This role is responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide excellent service to our customers and meet their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train customer service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to customers.
- Monitor customer service interactions and provide feedback to staff to improve their performance.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer service initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
This role is based in a retail store environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, juggle multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
