Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and team performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
